Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions in the emergency department.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and manage emergencies effectively while ensuring patient safety.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in educational and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing.
• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and completion of a de-escalation course.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle critical situations.
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs.

Schedule Details

This position is for Night Shift, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:00. Weekend shifts are required every other week.
