ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in critical care nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate changes in patient condition to the medical team.
• Float to Med Surg as necessary to meet the needs of the facility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse.
• Valid certifications: ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
• Ability to work weekends and be on-call as required.
• Must possess a current and valid nursing license; pending licenses are not accepted.
• Open to accommodating block schedule preferences.

Position Details:

• Ratios: 1:2 to 1:3.
• Shift: Day, 3×12-hour shifts (07:00 – 19:00).
• Guaranteed hours with no restrictions on time-off requests.
