ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a critical care environment. This position involves working night shifts from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM, with every other weekend required.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) is required.
• 2-5 years of ICU experience is required.
• Experience in a Trauma Level I facility is preferred; however, candidates with Trauma Level II experience may be considered.
• Previous travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system is required.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Float as needed to both the ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

Licensure and Certification Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN License is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.

Additional Information

• A telemetry test will be administered on the first day of orientation; it is pass/fail.
• Failure to pass the telemetry test could result in termination of assignment.
• Candidates must be separated from previous roles within the organization for 6 months or more to be considered.
• Onboarding will require completion of Relias testing as well as additional day one testing.
