Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in perioperative nursing practices and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures by preparing and providing necessary instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Float between Galion and Bucyrus locations as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Schedule

This position offers a day shift of 4×10 hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, working every third Friday.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in the Operating Room or relevant surgical experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
