Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage anesthesia as needed.
• Assist in preparing the operating room and surgical instruments.
• Provide support to patients and their families throughout the surgical process.

Shift Information

This position is a day shift, working four 10-hour shifts. The hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional shifts extending until 5:00 PM. Availability to float between multiple locations is required.

Schedule Details

• Every 3rd Friday commitment required.
• Position requires floating between Galion and Bucyrus locations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in the Operating Room is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
