Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Tele Float specialty. This position involves working 12-hour night shifts from 18:30 to 07:00, with a rotating weekend schedule and participation in holiday coverage. Applicants who are willing to work more weekends may be considered for a 4×12 schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a medical-surgical and progressive care unit.
• Occasionally manage ICU patients as required.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry equipment.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in medical-surgical and progressive care units; a hybrid unit experience is acceptable for first-time travelers with at least 3 years of experience.
• Current RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory (AHA only).
• Successful completion of a telemetry exam is required prior to the start of the assignment.

Work Environment

This role may involve occasional travel between multiple locations within the region. Standby call may be required as needed.
