Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical-surgical unit. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Night Shift: 4×12 Hours (18:30 – 07:00)
• Weekend Rotation: Required
• Holidays: Every other holiday
• Standby call: As needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor and assess patients, including occasional ICU patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in medical-surgical and progressive care units (PCU) required.
• If this is your first travel assignment, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a hybrid unit.
• Current RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required (AHA only).
• Traveler will be required to pass a telemetry exam prior to the assignment start.

Additional Notes

Consideration may be given for a 4×12 schedule if more weekend shifts are accepted.
