Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will work night shifts, providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in the emergency department.
• Utilize the Omnicell medication system for effective medication management.
• Document patient care accurately in the EPIC documentation system.
• Float to other units as needed based on patient care requirements.

Schedule

This position involves a schedule of 3 nights per week, from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, though this may change based on the needs of the department.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid TN RN license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the Emergency Room or related field.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CPI, PALS.
• Preferred certification: TNCC.
• 1 year of experience with the EPIC documentation system is required.
