ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be flexible and ready to float between units as needed, and will be required to fulfill weekend shifts to meet unit demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, focusing on critical patients.
• Manage ventilators, chest tubes, central venous lines (CVL), and external ventricular drains (EVD).
• Perform lab interpretation and apply findings to patient care plans, especially in neurosurgery and trauma cases.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in ICU settings, particularly with cardiovascular surgery, trauma patients, and ventilatory support.
• Ability to interpret lab results and apply clinical judgment in critical care situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Schedule:

Position requires a day shift of 4×12 hours from 07:00 to 19:00. Weekend shifts are mandatory, with a total of six shifts required to meet unit needs.

Dress Code:

The dress code for nursing personnel requires solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. Scrub tops may include colored piping, but print tops are not permitted.
