Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in a cardiovascular setting and be prepared to work night shifts. This position is crucial in providing high-quality care to patients in need of cardiovascular services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical status, addressing any changes appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a cardiovascular care setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
