Job Description

Under the direction of the Radiologist and Department Director, the Ultrasound Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic and ultrasound procedures at a technical level requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. This role involves applying prescribed ionizing radiation for the purpose of radiologic diagnosis, along with assuming responsibility for designated areas and procedures as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited high school or equivalent
• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology accredited by the ARRT
• Registered technologist by the ARRT
• Required to be a licensed technologist by the State of Montana and the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists
• Knowledge relevant to the age of patients served

Note: This position is specifically for a radiologic technologist with ultrasound experience. In-state travelers from Montana will not be considered unless they reside more than 250 miles away.
