Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, supporting a Thoracic Surgery unit and providing exceptional care in various medical environments. This role will involve working 12-hour shifts, with opportunities for both day and evening schedules, as well as block weekend scheduling options.

Shift Details

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Monday through Friday, with every other weekend and some holidays required
• Consideration for 4×12 hour shifts and block schedules (Friday to Sunday)

Qualifications

• Experience in telemetry oncology, cardiac care, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown required
• Ventilator and transplant experience necessary
• Current Wisconsin RN or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA only) required
• Successful completion of a Telemetry test prior to starting is mandatory
