Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The selected candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
• Assist in educating patients about their treatment and home exercise programs.
• Effectively communicate patient status and any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
