Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services in alignment with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure effective communication and treatment.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
