Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. You will play a key role in assisting patients in restoring mobility, improving functionality, and achieving their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the PT plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately.
• Assist with patient education and the development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising PT effectively.
• Adhere to established safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
