Shift Information

This position includes participation in a flexible schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week. Every other weekend is required as part of the rotation.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality care and support to patients.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes as necessary.
• Documenting patient interactions and care provided accurately.
• Educating patients and their families on health management and treatment options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
