CT Technologist

Shift Information

This position requires a commitment to four 10-hour shifts per week, with an expectation of on-call duties as needed.

Minimum Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

Certifications and Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT).

Job Description

The CT Technologist will operate a GE Revolution Maxima 128-slice CT scanner, including expertise in AW workstation reformats. Candidates should have a strong understanding of helical, axial, and CT fluoroscopy scanning techniques. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Collaborating effectively with ordering physicians and providing assistance with pertinent CT protocols.
• Knowledge of interventional radiology procedures and the ability to assist radiologists when necessary.
