Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care and therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of personalized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care based on patient needs.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate effectively with families.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
