Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services that align with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to meet patient goals.
• Document services in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
