Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
