Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and any adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
