Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy

Shift Notes

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours guaranteed.

Weekend Requirements

No weekend shifts required.

On Call Requirements

No on-call duties required.

Job Description

This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The role is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by both self and others under their direction. Specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills are utilized to assess data, plan, provide, and evaluate care that is appropriate for the physical and developmental age of the patients assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Endoscopy experience.
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours of acceptance.
• COVID vaccination required; declinations not accepted.
• Must be flexible and willing to work per the facility’s schedule.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Local candidates are welcome to apply.

Certification Requirements

• BLS (AHA).
• NIHSS.
• ACLS (AHA).

State License Requirements

Active RN license in Maryland is required at the time of application.
