Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care while working in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• MUST HAVE a valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Shift Details

Night shift; 3 shifts of 12 hours each, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

This position is located in the Med/Surg unit.
