MFM Diagnostic Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled MFM Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in performing and interpreting various ultrasound examinations related to maternal-fetal medicine.

Shift Information

• Schedule: 4×8 Days – 32 hours/week
• Shift Start Times: 7:00 AM, 7:15 AM, or 7:30 AM
• Shift End Times: 3:30 PM, 3:45 PM, or 4:00 PM
• Weekend Requirement: Approximately 1 weekend every 4 to 6 weeks

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients as per the physician’s orders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of ultrasound examinations and findings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and workflow.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Float between multiple locations, as required, to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Sonographer.
• Current certifications required: BLS, RVT, ARDMS in Abdomen, OBGYN, Pediatric, or MSK.
• Vascular experience, including arterial ultrasounds for bypass grafts and stents, is required.
• Completion of a two-year Allied Health education program or an Associate of Applied Science Degree from an accredited ultrasound program or a bachelor’s degree.
• Multiple ARDMS specialties preferred.

Special Requirements

• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facilities.
• Finalized time-off requests must be included in submission; no time-off will be accepted during the first week of the assignment and no more than 10 days of time-off is allowed per assignment.
