Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of telemetry nursing and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts.

Shift Details

• Schedule: 3×12 Hour Shifts
• Shift Hours: 19:00 – 07:30

Unit Information

The role will be primarily focused in the telemetry unit, responsible for monitoring and managing patients with a variety of cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and health promotion.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale certification is required.
• Previous telemetry nursing experience preferred.

• No local travelers will be accepted for this position.
