ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and lab results.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in resuscitation efforts as needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 36 hours per week, consisting of 3 twelve-hour shifts during night hours, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
