Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background and be able to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in rotating call as assigned by unit needs, usually one day every other week and one weekend shift per month.
• Adapt to changing demands within the unit and be available for additional call assignments if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to new situations.

Schedule

This position offers a schedule of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, following a four-day workweek (4x10s), for a total of 40 hours per week.

Travel Requirements

Travel experience is required for this position.
