Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

Role Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications may be beneficial.

Schedule

This position follows a rotation schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off.
