Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and ensuring patient well-being through effective communication and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care while adhering to stringent healthcare protocols and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and record observations to assess progress.
• Document patient care activities in a clear and timely manner.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to adhere to a rotation schedule with variations in start times.

Schedule

This position may require up to three call shifts within a six-week schedule, accommodating varied start times. Flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this role.
