ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in an intensive care unit, focusing on critical patients who require close monitoring and specialized treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring effective management of critical care cases.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in patient status to the healthcare team.

Shift Requirements

• Shift Schedule: Night shift, 3×12-hour shifts (18:45 – 07:15).
• On-call shifts: Required for every four weeks.
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW).

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in an ICU setting.
• Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius.
