Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care by delivering comprehensive therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as necessary.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
