Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services while adhering to state and federal regulations, along with facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate based on their needs.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different facilities, schedules, and patient requirements.
