Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care within designated units. Key responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitoring patient health and progress, recording observations, and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educating patients and families about health management, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintaining a safe and clean patient care environment following established guidelines.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required.
• Previous nursing experience in an acute care setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compliance with all state and federal regulations is expected, along with maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of practice. The position may require flexibility to cover shifts and attend ongoing training sessions.
