Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will assess patient needs, collaborate with healthcare team members, and implement appropriate nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine care needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition, documenting findings and actions taken.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and provide guidance on care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and ensure continuity of services.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be preferred based on specialty.

Additional Information

The position may require occasional travel between multiple locations within the region, ensuring a flexible approach to patient care delivery.
