Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This role is essential in providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for a caseload of 4 patients.
• Conduct assessments, develop nursing care plans, and implement medical interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Certifications: Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Preferred Certification: CEN certification is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility: Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Availability: Open to accommodating block scheduling; locals accepted.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for 3 twelve-hour shifts during the day (07:00 – 19:00), totaling 36 hours weekly.

• Some restrictions on time off (RTO) may be considered during the interview process.
• Pending licenses are not accepted for this position.
