Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and expertise to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and therapy evaluations to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and observe patients’ progress, noting any changes in their condition.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapies and interventions.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree will be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Previous experience with electronic health record systems, specifically Epic, is preferred.
• Candidates must have been separated from previous employment with any affiliated organization for at least six months.

Schedule Requirements

This position will require availability for evening and overnight shifts on weekends and holidays.
