Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN)

Shifts available: Day, Evening, and Night shifts. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.

Job Description

The Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the independent supervision of care delivery to a group of residents within a designated nursing unit. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering nursing care and evaluating its effectiveness.
• Supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
