L&D Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled L&D Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.

Key Details

• Start Date: As soon as possible (ASP)
• Shift: 3×12 Variable
• Weekend Requirement: Yes
• Floating Requirement: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
• Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks
• Cancellation Policy: Traveler may be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Certifications Required:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • AWHONN Intermediate Certification
• Skills Required: As per unit description (UD)
• First Timers Accepted: Yes
• Pending License Accepted: No

Facility Information

The facility is a Level IV Trauma Center and Critical Access Hospital featuring a capacity of 46 acute care beds and 22 long-term care beds. The work environment promotes collaboration, with Epic used for patient charting.

Housing Information

Housing accommodations are provided for travelers during their assignment. Units are typically 1-bedroom apartments, available for move-in no earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and no longer than 24 hours after it ends. Please note:

• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
• Units are generally designed for individual occupancy; requests for additional family members must be approved.
• The housing unit should be cleaned upon departure to avoid additional cleaning fees.
