Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and overall wellness.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or trauma setting.
• Experience in similar clinical environments is essential.
• Completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from AHA.
• Willingness to comply with required vaccinations, including the flu vaccine, prior to starting employment.
• Must have been separated from prior employment for at least 6 months to be eligible for consideration.
