We are seeking a detailed and dedicated Medical Lab Technician to join our dynamic laboratory team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in performing laboratory procedures and tests to provide accurate results for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Analyze test results and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting any issues as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Follow established protocols for sample collection, preparation, and analysis.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold quality control standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members and students.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Lab Technician or equivalent licensure.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Shift Information

This position operates on a night shift schedule, working four 10-hour shifts from 19:00 to 05:00.
