Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient therapy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and be passionate about providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and support during therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and document results accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
• Communicate effectively with both patients and team members to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of one year of experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule

This position requires working daytime shifts, five days a week, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
