MRI Technologist

Assignment Details

Position Length: 13 Weeks

Assignment Dates: 11/09/2026 to 02/06/2027

Shift Details:

• 8 Hour Evening Shifts
• 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Block Schedule: Monday – Friday

Floating Requirement: Position will float to various MRI locations within the region.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience in a hospital setting, particularly with critically ill patients.
• Experience with Siemens MRI systems is required, specifically:
• Avanto
• Verio
• Prisma
• Aera
• Sola
• Candidates must not have a 180+ day non-clinical break in employment.
• Work history must not include gaps greater than 30 days without explanation.

Certifications Required

• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
• BLS Certification

Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and treatment MRI procedures.
• Collaborate with staff to complete all ordered MRI exams.
• Function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Interview Process

Unit Manager interviews are required for this position.

Compliance & Additional Notes

• Processing may take up to 14 business days.
• No permeable shoes are allowed during the assignment.

RTO Policy

• No RTO is allowed during the first 2 weeks of any new assignment.
• A maximum of 8 days RTO is permitted for the 13-week contract.

Vaccination Policy

Medical exemptions for seasonal influenza vaccinations are allowed for the 2025–2026 season. An exemption form must be included in the submission package. If declined, candidates must complete a mandatory module.
