Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a specialty in Long-Term Care. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and proficient care to patients in a long-term care setting, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient care plans are executed properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional support.

Schedule

This position offers flexible scheduling options:

• 4 shifts of 12 hours per week (Nights: 19:00 – 7:30)
• 3 shifts of 12 hours per week (Nights: 19:00 – 7:30)

Contract Duration

This role is available for a 13-week contract. Local travelers within a 75-mile radius are welcome to apply, with a limit of two 13-week contracts.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification and BLS certification are mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Flu vaccine is required; medical exemptions will be reviewed.
• No religious exemptions will be accepted.
• Scrub color is flexible; any color is acceptable.
