Shift Details

This position involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patients’ conditions frequently.
• Administer medications and treatments as per the clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and their families on health management strategies.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or equivalent specialty preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
