Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technician with specific experience in blood bank operations. This position requires a candidate who can work efficiently with limited training time due to staffing constraints. Experience in Clinical Microbiology and Molecular (PCR) techniques is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood bank testing and procedures according to established protocols.
• Conduct clinical microbiology tests utilizing knowledge of molecular methods, including PCR.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory results and analyses.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with laboratory team members and other healthcare professionals.

Shift Information

This position offers the following shift options:

• 5 shifts of 8 hours from 14:00 to 22:30
• 2 shifts of 12 hours from 10:00 to 22:30 and 2 shifts of 8 hours from 14:00 to 22:30

Qualifications

• Must possess relevant experience in blood bank operations.
• Experience in Clinical Microbiology and/or Molecular (PCR) techniques is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
