CT Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified CT Technologist to join our busy Level 1 trauma and stroke center. The ideal candidate will have expertise with GE and Siemens scanning equipment and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans as per departmental protocols.
• Collaborate with a team of 5-6 technicians during overnight shifts.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scanning process.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures.

Qualifications

• Certified CT Technologist with current BLS and ARRT certifications.
• Proficient in operating GE and Siemens CT scanners.
• Ability to work 4 nights per week, consisting of two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in a trauma center or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.

Work Schedule

This position requires working overnight shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.
