Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to oversee our night shifts. The Unit Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise unit staff, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
• Coordinate patient care activities and facilitate effective communication among the team.
• Implement training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Address and resolve issues related to patient care and staff concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a management role within a healthcare setting.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in healthcare management systems and technologies.

Shift Information

This position is primarily night shifts, with specific shift details to be discussed during the interview process.

Guaranteed Hours

The position offers a guaranteed commitment of 40 hours per week.
