Ultrasound Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general, obstetric, and vascular ultrasound procedures, with a preference for those possessing at least 26 weeks of experience, although a minimum of 13 weeks will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations on patients according to established protocols.
• Utilize appropriate imaging techniques and equipment to obtain diagnostic information.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and accurate diagnostic results.
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and examination reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program or ultrasound technician program.
• Strong experience in general, obstetric, and vascular ultrasound preferred.
• Ability to float to multiple locations as needed.
• Must be available for shifts from Tuesday to Friday, including holidays when applicable.
• Travel experience is required.

Shift Details

This position offers a day shift schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
