Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to function in various areas, such as Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Cataracts, and ENT. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours (Day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM)
• Weekend Availability: Expected to work every other weekend, primarily on Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures as a circulator and scrub nurse.
• Ensure surgical instruments and supplies are prepared and sterile.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.

Qualifications

• Valid West Virginia or Compact state nursing license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in a variety of surgical specialties is preferred.
