Monday – Friday

Experience

Minimum of 2 years required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Patient Population

Responsible for a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Certifications Required

• NMTCB and/or ARRT (NM)

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in the following areas:

• HIDA scans
• Bone scans
• Lymphoscintigraphy
• Gastric Emptying studies
• Brain Death evaluations
• Myocardial Perfusion SPECT
• I-123 scan/uptake
• I-131 Whole Body Scan
• I-131 Ablations (less than 30 mCi)
• Renal scans with or without Lasix
• Parathyroid studies

Unit Systems

Familiarity with the following systems is required:

• Epic
• Pyxis
• PACS

Compliance and Orientation

Full compliance is required to start on time. Non-compliance may result in a delayed start of up to 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedules.

Additional Information

Scrubs should be black, gray, or purple. Maximum request time off (RTO) is 7 days and no weekend shifts are required, except for potential call shifts. Floating to other locations may be necessary for STAT inpatient needs.

Call and Holiday Requirements

Call may be required as needed during the following times:

• Monday – Friday: 16:00 – 22:00
• Saturday – Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00

If assigned, the traveler is expected to work on major holidays as follows:

• One major holiday: Expected to work
• Two major holidays: Expected to work both
• Three major holidays: Expected to work two out of the three

Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day.

Clinical Screen

Candidates will undergo a clinical review to assess fit. If passed, the manager will make a final decision based on the clinical guidelines.
